Sending a real photo postcard is incredibly simple:

1. Select a photo from your phone or use one from our free themes. Customize it by editing with various filters like black and white or sepia.
2. Add a personal greeting, the recipient's address, and your signature.
3. Preview the postcard and make any desired font or color changes.
4. Confirm your entries and add the postcard to your cart.
5. If you like, you can create additional items such as image collages, text greetings, or signatures. Add them to your order.
6. Once you've finished creating all your postcards, proceed to payment.

Note: You must complete the payment process before finalizing the order. You can also save your progress and continue creating postcards later. Your selected postcards will remain in your shopping cart until payment is made.

After sending, you will be redirected to the payment page where various methods are available: PayPal, credit cards, debit cards, vouchers, or using credits from your account.

Shipping:

Each postcard costs €2.49, and this includes both printing and shipping fees. All prices include VAT. Additional transaction fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method, and these will be displayed during checkout.

Tip: For sending multiple cards, consider paying for them together to save on fees.

Holiday greetings sent worldwide:

For recipients within Germany, postcards are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery to recipients outside of Germany may take approximately 3-5 working days.

All orders placed by 2 PM (German time) on weekdays will be sent out on the same day!

Your safety is important to us:

When sending postcards abroad, be mindful of data connection charges and roaming fees. We recommend sending your postcards while connected to a secure wireless network, such as in a hotel or hotspot. However, you can still create postcards without an internet connection, such as at the beach or in a cafe. Our app will always alert you before initiating an internet connection.
